James A. Sulewski

Jim earned his Bachelor degree in Business Administration and his Juris Doctor, Cum Laude, from the University of Toledo where, for high attainments in the study of law, he was awarded membership in the Order of the Coif.  While earning his law degree, Jim served as a Special Agent for the United States Treasury Department working in the Internal Revenue Service's Criminal Investigation Division, conducting investigations of individuals and entities suspected of federal tax-related criminal offenses.  Jim practices in the areas of federal taxation, business law, and litigation.

He is a member of the Ohio State and Toledo Bar Associations.

Jim is admitted to practice before the United States District Court for the Northern District of Ohio, the United States Tax Court, the United States Court of Federal Claims, as well as all Ohio courts.  Jim and his wife, Carolyn, have three boys.
